The Pointe Malibu Recovery Center is grateful for the women whose presence embodies recovery. Through their lived experience and professional dedication, they bring safety, connection, and belonging into our community. Their journeys remind us that healing is not only possible but sustainable when rooted in relationship and shared growth.
Our polyvagal-informed approach teaches us that, like nature, nervous systems thrive in environments of safety and connection. The women on our team mirror this truth in our beautiful environment. They bring embodied recovery into daily practice — modeling regulation, resilience, and renewal. Much like the steady rhythm of the ocean or the grounding strength of trees, they create spaces where clients can find balance and belonging.
Our entire team at The Pointe embodies recovery and wellness in its many forms. Whether through lived experience, clinical expertise, or holistic disciplines, each staff member contributes to a culture of resilience. Guided by ongoing polyvagal-informed training and the principles of nervous system reset, our community practices what we teach — fostering regulation, reflection, and repair in daily life.

Her leadership reflects an understanding that true wellness begins with safety, self-awareness, and connection, the foundation upon which both individuals and organizations thrive.
A Community That Belongs
Together, these women reflect the living spirit of recovery — embodied, relational, and deeply human. Their presence ensures that each client feels seen and supported, much like the way nature embraces all of its parts in harmony. In celebrating their recovery, we celebrate the power of belonging and the reminder that healing is strongest when shared. The women we celebrate today illuminate what is possible when leadership and recovery intertwine — and they do so within a community that embraces every gender and voice on the journey toward healing.
